Hello

My name is Marcus Rae, Physiotherapist

I was born in Dunfermline and grow up outside Strathmiglo, where I enjoyed all things sport related with a keen interest in motocross, cycling, mountain biking and even uni-cycling! My passion for sport made me pursue a career as an outdoor instructor, before progressing to work as a personal trainer and strength and condition coach.
