What is Rehabilitation & Movement Coaching?
This is a 1:1 coaching service designed to bridge the gap between physiotherapy and real-world movement. It's ideal for those who are no longer in acute pain but aren't yet back to full confidence, strength, or performance.
Working closely with Kirstie, our Movement & Rehab Coach, you'll develop the strength, control, and confidence needed to move well in everyday life, work, or sport.

- Recovering from injury and want to progress safely
- Finishing physiotherapy but don't yet feel fully confident in your body
- Looking for expert guidance to improve movement, strength, and technique
- Wanting consistent 1:1 coaching support to stay accountable and keep progressing

Designed for clients ready to move beyond pain and into long-term strength, resilience, and performance. You'll receive:

"Am I Doing This Right?" Sessions
Ideal if you've been given exercises but want to ensure you're doing them correctly and effectively. These sessions include:
- Guided walkthrough of your prescribed exercises
- Technique correction and adjustments
- Coaching cues to improve movement quality
- Focus on control, coordination, and confidence
What does it focus on?
Each session is tailored to you, but may include:
- Strength training for your lifestyle or sport
- Mobility and movement quality
- Biomechanics and technique coaching
- Body awareness and neuromuscular control
- Building confidence in movement again
